Abstract:Based on three-dimension soften models,considering the heterogeneities
   on mesoscopic scale,a set of numerical tests were undertaken using a
   Parallel-RFPA (Realistic Failure Process Analysis) program.The paper
   investigates the influence of reinforcement characteristic on failure
   mode and stress distribution of the reinforced concrete specimens under
   uniaxial tensle stress.It can be found,averagely,the fracture space
   decreases and the fracture number increases with the increasing of the
   Elastic modulus of reinforcement.Equal-space fracture was observed in
   the test,and its mechanism was studied through a set of numerical tests.
