Abstract:The 500KV transmission line pass through the mined- out space and layout area of the southern ore body of Hongshan iron ore. For the sake of estimating the influence of minig layout area on foundation stability of transmission pylon, according to the materials collected on the spot, the RFPA(Realistic Failure Process Analysis)numerical method was used to analyze the influence of the surface subsidence on transmission pylon foundation stability which cluing to underground mining. The results showed that the iron mining will bring influence on the foundation stability of transmission pylon. The pillars preservation plan should be adpotted in underground mining and high strength cemented filling in pillar surrounding, it can ensure the stability of the high-voltage transmission pylon.
