Zheng Xu received his PhD in Micromanipulation and Microassembly from Dalian University of technology (DUT) in 2004. In 2005-2006, he has worked as a post-doctoral fellow in School of Mechanics(DUT) on Computational Fluids Dynamics in Lab-on-a-chip. He is currently a vice-professor at Microsystem Center of DUT, working on microfluidics. His current projects deal with the enrichment with micro/nanofluidics, the instrumentation based on microfluidics, the phase transition of liquid in microscale. As author and co-author, he published over 30 papers in the SCI-index Journals.
