Abstract:The air-gaps on a servo valve torque motor is an important factor influencing the properties of the electrohydraulic servo valve.In this paper,a detection system based on micro-vision is established,which is utilized to measure the air-gaps on a torque motor.And the algorithms for optical auto-focusing and feature extracting and detecting are developed.Results show that the repeatability of auto-focusing is 7.9 μm,and the time duration is only 16 s.The accuracy is comparable to that of the universal tool microscope;whereas the efficiency of measurement is significantly improved.With the Relational Database Management System,the functions for data management are implemented,including data storage,report export and graphic display and analysis.According to the massive air-gap measurement data,the system can quickly evaluate errors and provide suggestions for precise alignments.The developed system is useful to the measurement of air-gaps on a torque motor and can provide adequate evidence for the precise assembly of servo valve.
