Abstract: Strengthening the regional enterprises' technological innovative capacity is an important measure to upgrade the construction of regional technological innovation. This paper takes regional enterprises' technological innovative ability as research object, and constructs evaluation index system; Ascertains weight of index system using entropy theory. And then it constructs comprehensive evaluation model on enterprises' technological innovative ability based on the gray correlation theory, and evaluates technological innovative ability of large and medium-sized enterprises in various provinces in 2005, 2006, 2007 year. The results show that technological innovative capability of various provincial enterprises is disharmony. At last, the paper summarizes the application of evaluation model. ? 2010 IEEE.
