Abstract:微细电火花技术因其能加工大深径比、高精度的微孔而受到越来越广泛的关注,本文通过不同加工条件下在304不锈钢板上进行的微孔电火花加工实验,研究探讨了不同加工参数对材料去除率、电极相对体积损耗率和放电间隙的影响,为微孔电火花加工的深入研究提供一定的参考。
