电极摇动对电解加工微孔侧隙的影响研究

Abstract: 微细电解加工的微孔存在一定的锥度,采用电极摇动后锥度减小.针对此现象建立了电极摇动中电解加工微孔的侧隙表达式,从理论上对电极摇动辅助电解微孔加工对微孔侧隙的影响进行了定性分析.实验结果表明:电极摇动电解钻孔时,微孔的入口直径和出入口直径差与电极不摇动情况相比均明显减小;当微孔深度为200μm、电极摇动半径为7μm时,所加工微孔的出入口直径差比相同条件下电极不摇动时减小了62%.
