Abstract:以蔗糖为模板,采用一步水热合成链状多级孔道ZSM-5 沸石分子筛,并对其进行XRD、FT-IR、N2吸附、SEM、TEM等表征。XRD分析和FT-IR 谱图证实所合成的产物具有MFI 结构和较高的结晶度.N2吸附分析显示合成产物具有介孔结构,其孔径集中分布在8.6 nm 左右.SEM和TEM 证实合成产物具有由若干个亚微米晶粒连接而成的链状结构.经过超声振荡4 小时后,链状结构没有破坏,说明晶粒间的连接是化学作用力的结果,而不是晶粒间的简单物理团聚.随着加入蔗糖量的增加,所合成材料的链状结构更加明显,链的长度有所增加,说明通过在ZSM-5 母液中直接添加蔗糖为软模板,一步合成链状多级孔道沸石是一种简单可行的方法.
