活性炭负载铁-铝双金属高温催化裂解甲烷制氢

Abstract:  采用浸渍法于活性炭载体上担载铁-铝双金属制得复合型催化剂,在固定床反应器上详细考察了金属负载量及金属配比对甲烷裂解制氢性能的影响。结果表明:随着担载量的增加,转化率呈现出先增加后降低的趋势,稳定性逐渐增强;当铁铝金属总负载量由20%增加至40%时,转化率随反应时间增加呈现出先降低后增加再降低趋势;在双金属中,铁是主催化剂,铝是助催化剂,铁催化剂有诱导期、上升期和下降期三个阶段,铝不仅可以提高反应活性而且可以缩短铁催化反应的诱导期阶段。
