Abstract:以乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷和正硅酸乙酯为双硅源,采用变温晶化法合成纳米晶堆积结构ZSM-5微球,并采用XRD、FT-IR、SEM、T EM和N2吸附-脱附手段对其进行结构表征,考察了其对2-甲基萘(2-M N )与甲醇烷基化合成2,6-二甲基萘(2,6-DMN)反应的催化性能。结果表明,所合成样品是由若干纳米晶堆积而成的高度晶化的ZSM-5分子筛,在合成2,6-DM N反应中显示出较高的催化活性和选择性,2-M N转化率最高可达39.2%,反应至8 h时,2,6-DMN产率为7.1%,2,6-/2,7-DMN摩尔比可达1.9,主要归结于其较多的酸量和较弱的酸强度。
