Abstract:基于Deform-3D有限元软件建立Al2024、Al5052、Al6061三种铝合金的搅拌摩擦焊接热力耦合模型,分析了搅拌摩擦焊中的温度、搅拌
头受力和磨损情况。结果表明,不同铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接时,搅拌头磨损速度不同。Al6061铝合金对搅拌头磨损速度最快,Al5052铝合金对搅拌头磨损
速率其次,Al2024铝合金对搅拌头磨损速度最慢; 搅拌头的适当磨损会使搅拌头形状改变,使其寿命增加。
