Abstract:基于DEFORM-3D有限元软件,建立了圆形、三角形、正方形等不同形状搅拌针搅拌摩擦焊接过程的完全热力耦合模型。结果显示,搅拌针形状对摩擦焊接的
温度影响不大,但是对于工件材料流动性有明显影响,不同形状搅拌针会产生不同的流动速度场。三角形搅拌针的流速场最快,正方形次之,圆形搅拌针最慢,从而
可以得到不同质量的焊缝。不同形状的搅拌头在不同焊接阶段受力的大小关系也不同,从而使搅拌头的疲劳寿命会有差别,在相同工况下,三角形搅拌针寿命最短,
正方形搅拌针次之,圆形搅拌针寿命最长。
