Abstract:激光诱导击穿光谱技术(laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy,LIBS)是一种原子发射光谱技术,基本原理是利用强脉冲激光把待测样品表面烧蚀、激发为等离子体,然后用光谱仪和CCD记录等离子体发射的光谱,对光谱进行分析即可得到待测物质中元素的种类和浓度信息.LIBS技术由于具有快速、无需对样品预处理、可同时测量多种元素,以及适应固体、液体和气体等多种样品形态的优点,被称为未来化学分析之星,它在实现气溶胶原位检测上具有极大的应用潜力.
