超低气压双脉冲激光诱导击穿光谱实验平台开发

Abstract: 基于前期的技术积累,结合科研开发了超低气压、共线双脉冲激光诱导击穿光谱实验平台.介绍了平台的设计思路、设备模块构成、实验过程优化等.通过对实验平台进行测试分析,结果表明,原子谱线信号随着真空度的增加明显减弱.在超低气压环境下,双脉冲之间的时间间隔存在一个最佳值,可以最大程度增强等离子体发射光谱强度,大大提高其灵敏度.
