Abstract: In this paper, we deal with the stability analysis problem of observation error in the presence of transmission protocols and unknown variable delays in the network. The scheduling protocols are assumed to be uniformly globally exponentially stable (UGES). Based on the small gain arguments, we prove that the observation error converges to a small ball around the origin when the transmission intervals and transmission delays are small enough.
