Abstract:Stability properties of networked control systems with time-varying network-induced delays and consecutive packet dropouts are studied in this paper. Based on the existing networked predictive control scheme, the closed loop networked control system is converted into a switched system. Next, under the partitioned matrix method, the whole switched system is splitted into several cascade switched systems with small dimensions. Then the stability properties of the whole switched system are constructed by the well known small gain theory. At last, a simulation example is given to support our results.
