激光熔覆碳纳米管/氧化铝复合涂层工艺研究

Abstract:  以异丙醇铝[Al(OC3H7)3]为前驱体,在ZL109铝合金表面用非水性溶胶凝胶法分别制备了铝凝胶预覆层和碳纳米管/铝凝胶预覆层,采用连续Nd∶ YAG激光器进行激光熔覆实验,研究了激光功率、扫描速度、碳纳米管浓度对熔覆层组织和性能的影响。采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、显微硬度计和摩擦磨损试验机对熔覆层进行相结构、表面和截面形貌、显微硬度分析和摩擦磨损性能分析。
