Abstract:Dynamic balancing adjustment device is developed by translating the rotor centroid.Adjustment is carried out in two directions to adjust the position of the rotor centroid to any angle.In order to reduce the influence of the elastic deformation,two probes are used in the measurement module.Adjustment distance is obtained by calculating difference between the two probes.Preload of fastening screw is reduced before adjustment to improve the success rate of adjustment and reducing creeping phenomenon.When adjusting,in order to control adjustment direction,applying a certain preload in direction of non-adjusting.By adopting a reasonable policy,the device can achieve adjustment precision of ± 0.5 μm in a higher success rate,and meet the requirements of design.
