Abstract:The automatic loading testing system for four channel actuators in a helicopter was built by the aid of PXI plat?form and the programming language LabVIEW. This system can generate the testing signals used to control loading motor and ac?tuators,can realize closed?loop control of torque loading,multi?channel continuous data acquisition,real?time display and storage of testing data,and report print. In this paper,the realization means of hardware structure,software design and control function are discussed in detail. The testing results prove that this system is stable and reliable,and can improve testing efficiency great?ly on the premise of ensuring the testing accuracy.
