圆柱面接触刚度建模与仿真

Abstract:The expression of circumferential contact gap of cylindrical contact surface was deduced. The GW model, in respect of planar contact with rough surfaces, was improved based on Hertz contact theory, and contact stiffness model of cylindrical surface contact was established. It was proved in a simulation that contact force, the assembly gap, the contact length, and surface roughness had effects on the contact stiffness. Simulation results agree with the experimental results. The results verified in experiments are as follows: contact stiffness increases with the increase of contact force, reducing the contact gap and increasing the surface roughness can improve contact stiffness effectively. © 2015, Editorial Board of Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
