Abstract: Time to split: Supramolecular assemblies containing both photosensitizers and a ruthenium water-oxidation catalyst were prepared and characterized. The pictured assembly exhibits, for the first time, enhanced visible-light-driven water oxidation activity. Copyright © 2012 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim.
