Abstract:In the digital age, the role of scientific communication has emerged as a new transformation. The scientific community is no longer the "only" communicators, instead, the media has become the "main force" and the public a "strong power". The government and other professional organizations are more active. For example, scientific knowledge information which disperses multiply in each element of construction displays equal, interactive and multiply multi-flow transmission. Science communication between various construction factors shows the trend of cross-border integration. In the process of scientific communication, discussing the role of conversion and integration in each element of construction plays an active role in constructing overall theory system of scientific communication and promoting scientific and technological progress, and social civilization.
