Abstract:As there are multiple factors affecting characteristics of hydraulic valve, it is proposed that correlation analysis is made by utilizing of principal component analysis. According to the contribution rate of the principal components, multiple influencing factors of hydraulic valves are reconstructed, so as to realize feature extraction and the less principal components can be instead of multiple influencing factors. Research results can effectively reduce the analysis difficulty of the relation between multiple influencing factors and characteristics of hydraulic valve, increase robustness for hydraulic valves characteristics modeling, and avoid the modeling problem with low efficiency caused by too many input variables.
