Abstract:The permalloy magneto-elastic force testing system and its AC-DC converting system of magneto- elastic transducer have been studied by combing the electric circuit design with the principle analysis. According to the characteristics of the designed permalloy force transducer and the intention of the background research, a testing system and its AC-DC converting system are advanced. The further study of key components such as power supply, power amplifier, precision rectifier-filter circuits, voltage regulator, instrumentation amplifier and low pass filter for AC-DC converting system is made. The designed AC-DC converting scheme maintains the high sensitivity of the measuring bridge. The experiment results verified that the designed testing system and its AC-DC converting system are reasonable.
