Abstract: In view of this, comprehensive test scheme and measuring method of characteristic parameters of power tool rest are presented in this paper to meet the demands of executing the on-line test of the parameters of location accuracy, vibration, temperature, micrometric displacement, noise, etc. Based on the test principle and methods, a comprehensive performance test system is developed and the corresponding performance measurements of power tool rest are achieved.
