Abstract:The extensive management manner and the severe wastes have become the barriers to the development of the heavy weight parts machining workshop. The article advances a new heavy weight parts machining workshop material lean scheduling method under the guidance of lean production principles and queue theories. The new scheduling method considers the Impact factors such as respective machining time of all the work areas, the service time and the velocity of the material-handling equipment synthetically. Select the total latency time of all the work areas, the answer times and the total moving distance of the material-handling equipment in a whole workday as target values of the material lean scheduling system. A simulation study is performed to compare the new heavy weight parts machining workshop lean scheduling scheme with the traditional scheduling methods. The ultimate simulation results show that the designed new scheduling method is superior to the traditional ones evidently.
