Abstract:Based on the research of enterprise demands and the present situation that most graduate students lack of mechanical engineering standard consciousness in the process of research work,to meet the technical requirements for major equipment manufacturing,＂Standard System of Mechanical Engineering＂ course is developed for full-time grad- uate master in Dalian university of technology. The course mainly includes four modules,machine tool standard system, engineering machinery standard systemmould standard system and cutting tool ＆ grinding tool standard system. The knowledge system,teaching contents,teaching mode and course assessment method are discussed systematically. Finally, the necessity of the course construction has been demonstrated through the teaching effect. Students can master the basic knowledge of mechanical engineering standards,Can have the basic ability to solve practical engineering problems using relative standard knowledge.F
