液滴干湿循环下不同轧制态2205双相不锈钢的点蚀行为

Abstract: 目前有关双相不锈钢在液滴干湿循环条件下的点蚀特性未见研究报道.通过多液滴电位监测的方法研究了50℃的MgCl2液滴中冷轧态和热轧态2205双相不锈钢干湿循环的点蚀和再钝化行为.结果 表明:冷轧态试样点蚀概率为23/30,热轧态试样的点蚀概率为24/24;相比于冷轧态试样,热轧态试样的点蚀临界相对湿度RHpit平均值由47.7%提高到52.3%,对应的[Cl-]pit均值由8.28 mol/L降低到7.50 moL/L;再钝化临界相对湿度RHrep平均值由60.3%提高到84.5%,对应的[Cl-]rep均值由6.77 mol/L降低到3.48 mol/L.点蚀形貌分析表明,2种样品的点蚀坑形貌均呈现较为规则的半球状,且热轧态试样的点蚀坑尺寸要大于冷轧态,蚀坑沿水平方向扩展.
