敏化对2205双相不锈钢液滴干湿循环下点蚀行为的影响

Abstract: 目前就液滴或干湿循环环境中敏化对双相不锈钢耐蚀性的影响研究不多.为此,采用液滴干湿循环试验研究了敏化处理对2205双相不锈钢点蚀行为的影响.试验结果表明:敏化处理使点蚀相对湿度(RHpit)和再钝化湿度(RHrep)分别由原始态的43%和60%增加到50%和82%.敏化处理劣化了2205双相不锈钢的耐蚀性,发生点蚀的临界氯离子浓度([Cl-]pit)和点蚀电位(Epit)降低.敏化处理改变了点蚀坑形貌,使点蚀坑形貌由原始态的γ相择优溶解转变为沿晶间腐蚀开裂的特征.
