Abstract:对比了不同热处理工艺下1Crl7Ni2钢U、V形缺口试样夏比冲击试验的冲击吸收功、断口形貌和断面纤维率.结果表明在本试验热处理条件下,U形试样AKU2值符合国标要求,但V形试样AKV2值低,二者之间没有确切对应关系;断口形貌分析表明断口中的纤维状断面为韧性断口特征,结晶状断面为解理断裂与沿晶断裂混合的脆性断口特征;U形缺口试样断口的断面纤维率比V形缺口试样高.V形缺口试样更能反映出1Cr17Ni钢的脆性开裂倾向,当1Cr17 Ni2钢的服役环境对冲击性能要求较高时用AKV2值评定其韧脆性更加可靠.
