Abstract:通过系统梳理发表于国外高水平期刊的181篇商业生态系统治理方面的文献,总结提炼出资源、能力、创新、价值和混搭组织五个商业生态系统治理视角.分别基于这五个视角展开综述,总结归纳了商业生态系统的特点和规律,以及核心企业如何进行治理.在此基础上,进一步对未来研究进行展望,以期为未来商业生态系统治理研究和企业商业生态系统治理实践提供方向.
