微生物膜对304不锈钢腐蚀性能的影响

Abstract:采用304不锈钢作为实验对象,利用荧光显微分析和极化曲线、交流阻抗(EIS)谱图和孔蚀曲线等电化学测试手段研究了304不锈钢在天然海水浸泡过程中表面微生物膜的附着生长情况,并考察了微生物膜的附着对304不锈钢腐蚀性能的影响.结果发现,304不锈钢在海水中浸泡5d之后表面已附着微生物膜,且随着时间延长,膜中细菌数量逐渐增加;在微生物膜附着初期,微生物膜的存在使304不锈钢耐全面腐蚀性能有所提高,且对材料的孔蚀倾向也有一定的抑制作用.
