高稳定性IrMnO2 中间层对RuIrSnO2 电极寿命影响

Abstract: DSA电极的失效依然制约着其在强电解领域的应用。本文通过了热分解法制备了长效Ti/IrMnO_2/RuIrSnO_2电极。采用SEM、EDX、XRD、强化寿命等测试手段对IrMnO_2中间层和RuIrSnO_2活性层进行表征。结果表明,IrMnO_2中间层结构致密,具有较好的电化学稳定性。而IrMnO_2中间层的引入延长了Ti/IrMnO_2/RuIrSnO_2的服役寿命。这是因为IrMnO_2中间层的致密性,可以屏蔽电解质溶液在涂层内部缝隙扩散的路径,减小Ti基体被钝化的机率。
