炼油设备低温硫腐蚀产物的生成及其自燃倾向

Abstract:系统分析了炼油设备低温部位硫铁化合物的生成方式,研究了不同方式生成硫铁化合物的自燃倾向.结果表明,①Fe2O3低温湿硫化氢腐蚀产物具有较高的自燃倾向.②低温电化学腐蚀产物自燃倾向很低,在空气中会被缓慢氧化生成Fe2O3.③硫化亚铁自燃的实质是在Fe2O3的催化作用下,原油中的元素硫被氧化生成SO2的过程.
