Abstract:This paper attempts to explore the innovation path of technology-based incubated enterprise from the perspective of entrepreneurial orientation. An empirical research was implemented on 256 technology-based incubated enterprises, and the result shows that: (1)Both two types of entrepreneurial orientation has positive effect on incubated firms' innovation performance, and the creation-based EO plays a greater role on incubated enterprise innovation performance than discovery-based EO. (2)The innovation flexibility plays s a partially mediated role on the relationship between creation-based EO and incubated firms' innovation performance, while the relationship be-tween discovery-based EO and innovation flexibility is not significant. (3)The environmental dynamism plays mul-tifarious moderating roles in the conversion process of entrepreneurial orientation transforming into incubated enter-prise innovation performance. Specifically, environmental dynamism has positive regulatory effect not only on the relationship between creation-based EO and firms' innovation performance, but also on the relationship between in-novation flexibility and firms' innovation performance. While the moderating role of environmental dynamism on the relationship between the discovery-based EO and firms' innovation performance is not significant.
