高应变载荷下压电传感器性能研究

Abstract:压电传感器具有优良性能,可以同时应用于主、被动式结构健康监测技术中,但由于高应变载荷下压电传感器的性能会受到影响,限制了在实际工程中的应用.该文针对高应变载荷下传感器性能进行研究,提出通过增加胶层厚度和减小弹性模量,增强压电传感器的高应变承受能力.定义了阻抗信号变化指数和阻抗信号突变载荷,对压电传感器性能进行表征.实验结果表明,胶层厚度增加,弹性模量减小,会使阻抗信号突变载荷增大,压电传感器高应变承受能力提高.
