    摘要:The urban sewage source heat pump is considered to be an effective way to develop urban sewage resource and a critical technique to serve the building energy system, because it has already shown its energy saving potential in practical operation of heat pump system. And urban sewage contains huge amounts of heat energy, so the utilization of sewage heat energy is beneficial to saving considerable energy and reducing harmful gas emissions significantly, such as SO(x) and CO(2). In this paper, the developing processes of sewage water source heat pump and air conditioning system in north Europe, Japan are depicted. And the newest progress and developing direction of the sewage water intake and heat transfer technologies about the sewage water source heat pump and air conditioning system are introduced. It is shown that the development and application of sewage source heat pump technology in north European countries and Japan provide a valuable and effective way to investigate theoretically sewage intake and heat transfer characteristic. It not only shows powerfully the feasibility to develop the large scale sewage source heat pump system, but also shows that the removing fouling of sewage heat exchanger in the heat transfer tube and enhanced heat transfer are key scientific problems which are needed to be solved and researched in the further. In part 11 of this paper, the newest progress of sewage water source heat pump and air conditioning system in China will be presented in detail.
