铜模铸造Cu99Zr0.5Al0.5合金微观组织及时效工艺

Abstract: 采用铜模铸造制备了直径为φ20 mm的Cu99Zr0.5Al0.5合金棒,研究了其铸态和冷轧态组织以及时效温度和时间对其电导率及力学性能的影响.结果表明,Cu99Zr0.5Al0.5铸态合金由细小的等轴晶粒组成,晶界处存在少量共晶组织,冷轧后晶粒在轧制方向上被压扁、拉长,形成条带状变形组织.在不同时效温度下,合金硬度(HV)随时效时间的延长先增加后减小,而电导率随时效时间的延长先迅速增大后趋于稳定,经过450℃×1h时效后,硬度(HV)达到172,抗拉强度为460MPa,电导率为34.86 MS/m.
