Abstract:木质纤维素经预处理后酶水解可获得较高糖收率.高温液态水预处理技术具有不需添加化学试剂、降解产物少等优势,已成为近年来的研究热点.本文采用CO2加压高温液态水预处理高粱杆,在200℃,20min,获得最高半纤维素糖收率,预处理后的酶解糖收率高达33.7%,比未经预处理样品提高了2倍多.X射线衍射分析表明,预处理后晶体纤维素结晶度增加,对比预处理前后高粱杆的扫描电镜图片,发现预处理增大了纤维素的暴露程度.
