Abstract:用超临界流体沉积法制备了Au/SBA-15纳米复合材料。以scCO2为溶剂,乙醇+乙二醇为共溶剂,SBA-15为基材,氯金酸(HAuCl4·4H2O)为前驱物,在50℃、20-24MPa、0.5-24h条件下制备了担载型纳米复合材料。反应结束后经焙烧还原处理,得到Au纳米线(短棒)/SBA-15复合材料。对样品进行XRD、TEM表征,发现担载的Au纳米线/短棒分散均匀,纳米线直径为5-6nm(与SBA-15孔道尺寸相符合),长度由几十纳米到几微米。由TEM还发现,纳米线沿孔道方向生长,随孔道弯曲而弯曲。实验表明,超临界流体沉积法是制备纳米复合材料的有效方法,选择合适的共溶剂可以将前驱物溶解于scCO2中。改变沉积条件可以制备不同形貌的Au/SBA-15纳米复合材料。
