疏水表面对脉动热管性能的影响

Abstract: 本文在紫铜板制作4弯管闭合回路脉动热管,对脉动热管的各部分分别进行疏水处理,采用高速摄像研究脉动热管液弹的脉动运行特性及对传热的影响。实验结果表
   明,疏水表面影响脉动热管的传热性能,疏水处理后的脉动热管的热阻高于普通紫铜脉动热管,蒸发段的温度升高,且脉动热管易烧干。液弹的脉动频率降低,传热
   性能下降,完全疏水和蒸发段为疏水表面的脉动热管液弹几乎不脉动,传热性能与普通紫铜板相近。
