Abstract: Let M be an invariant subspace of Hardy space H~2(T~n) on the polydisk
   T~n.R_z_i denotes the multiplication operator restricted to M by
   coordinate function Z_i(i = 1,2,,n). In this paper we prove that M is of
   the form qH~2(T~n) for some inner function q if and only if
   R_Z_iR_z_j~*= R_z_j~*R_Z_i holds on M for ij.
