摘要:Electrochemical sensor based on Janus particles was devised and evaluated for the determination of ractopamine (RAC). Aptamer/octadecanethiol Janus particles have one hydrophilic and one hydrophobic side. The hydrophobic part connects to the surface of electrode while the hydrophilic part immobilizes gold nanoparticles(Au NPs) to which an aptamer that binds RAC subsequently attaches. As a result, the Janus particles can increase the loading of biomolecules on the electrode and amplify the electrochemical response. Under optimal conditions, the peak current by differential pulse voltammetry decreases linearly with increasing ractopamine concentrations in the range of 1.0 x 10(-13) to 1.0 x 10(-11) mol/L and 1.0 x 10(-11) to 1.0 x 10(-7) mol/L with linear coefficients of 0.992 and 0.993, respectively. The detection limit was 3.3 x 10(-14) mol/L, which was lower than most of existing methods. The proposed electrochemical sensor is stable, reproducible, and has application to human urine.
