Abstract:常压下对苯二腈经无水ZnCl2催化聚合制得聚苯基均三嗪(PPST)耐高温交联树脂,表征了PPST的结构,研究了PPST的结晶性能和耐热性能,探讨了不同聚合体系、温度、时间、催化剂及其含量等对单体反应转化率的影响.结果表明: PPST具有良好的耐化学药品腐蚀性和耐水解性能; 400 ℃前未检测到玻璃化转变;表现出优异的耐热和耐热氧化性能,在N2中5% 热失重温度为515 ℃ 以上.较佳聚合工艺为:选择本体熔融聚合体系,以摩尔分数为10% 的ZnCl2作催化剂,295 ℃反应12 h后于365 ℃再反应36 h,此时单体转化率可达82%.
