哈氏合金激光填丝焊与氩弧填丝焊力学性能分析

Abstract:为了评价不同焊接工艺对核主泵屏蔽套焊接成形质量的影响,对比分析屏蔽套材料氩弧焊接接头和激光焊接接头的力学性能,通过渗透检测、射线检测等方法确认焊接接头是否存在焊接缺陷,同时评价焊接接头拉伸性能和弯曲性能.结果表明:在保证焊接接头形貌良好、余高较小的条件下,激光焊接与氩弧焊接均可获得无缺陷的焊缝表面,但射线检测底片结果显示激光焊接获得的焊缝宽度更窄,焊缝更均匀;两种焊接方式的焊接接头抗拉性能均优于母材,弯曲实验均未发现开裂现象,说明两种焊接方式获得的焊接接头力学性能基本一致.
