对肝硬化腹水进行净化并超滤浓缩的实验研究

摘要:[Objective] Purification and optimization of cirrhotic ascites is more helpful to reinfusion and treatment of ascites. [Methods] Endotoxin and bilirubin removal by CA/PEI affinity membrane and protein ultrafiltration by polysulfone hollow fiber membrane in ascites of cirrhosis were studied. The indexes of pre and post trans-membrane by endotoxin detector, biochemistry analyzer and immunity analyzer were measured. [Results] The endotoxin and bilirubin concentration in ascites were reduced with adsorption by CA/PEI affinity membrane (P < 0.01). There were unchanged in albumin, ion and immunoglobulin (P > 0.05). Before adsorptioned bilirubin is (51.77 �� 11.76) ��mol/L, after which is (21.18 �� 6.83) ��mol/L. Before adsorptioned endotoxin is (3.777 �� 0.233) EU/mL, after which is (0.341 �� 0.322) EU/mL. Ascites were concentrated 5.5 to 6.5 times by ultrafiltration, while the protein in ascites was concentrated 4.7 to 6.5 times and immunoglobulin was concentrated more than 3 times and ions were no change. [Conclusion] Ascites of purification and protein concentration may be obtained by the way of removal endotoxin and bilirubin with CA/PEI affinity membrane and ultrafiltration and concentration with polysulfone hollow fiber membrane.
