咪唑功能化α-Al2O3纳米颗粒掺杂聚砜阴离子交换膜的制备及性能表征

摘要:A novel imidazolium functionalized polysulfone (PSf-Im) based composite anion exchange membrane was prepared by incorporating imidazolium surface-functionalized α-Al2O3 (Al2O3-Im) nanocomposites.The properties of ion exchange capacity,water uptake,swelling ratio and hydroxide conductivity were characterized.The composite membrane with 12% of Al2O3-Im nanocomposites shows the conductivity of 45 mS/cm which is 41% higher than that of pristine PSf-Im membrane.And the swelling ratio of the composite membrane is comparable to that of the pristine one.It indicates that the doping of Al2O3-Im nanocomposites can enhance the hydroxide conductivity without sacrificing the dimensional stability of composite membranes.In addition,the composite membrane also shows better alkaline stability than the pristine one.
