摘要:Cross-linked sulfonated poly (phthalazinone ether sulfone ketone) (SPPESK) charged membranes are prepared through first condensation of sulfonic acid groups with ethylenediamine (EDA), hexylenediamine (HDA) and 1, 4-diaminobenzene (PPD) to form sulfonamide linkages, then accomplishment with solution casting. Degree of cross-linking is determined by elemental analysis. Microstructure of the cross-linked membranes are studied by the measurements of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and tensile-strain test. The cross-linked membrane appears one or two Tg, depending on cross-linker content and cross-linker species. With increased cross-linker content, surface of the cross-linked membrane is gradually changed to loose structure. Tensile strength of the cross-linked membrane reaches a maximum value with the increase of the cross-linker content then goes down. The results of this study indicate that cross-linking can influence greatly the compatibility of the cross-linked membrane. High cross-linker content might cause micro-phase separation in the cross-linked membrane, which would have further influence on the properties of the membranes. Therefore, lightly cross-linking would be sound on the view of application.
