摘要:A numerical method is presented to analyze the seismic response of liquefiable soil. The method is based on the element free Galerkin method, and the fission procedure belonging to h-refinement indicated by the error estimator, a posteriori error estimate procedure depending on energy norm of stress and the T-Belytschko (TB) stress recovery scheme, is incorporated into the method. The effective cyclic elasto-plastic constitutive model is used to describe the non-linear behavior of saturated soil. The governing equations are established by u-p formulation. The method proposed can effectively avoid the volumetric locking due to large deformation which is usually occurred in numerical computations using finite element method. Efficacy of the method is demonstrated in the analysis for the embankment under earthquake loading. Application of the adaptive element free method to the nonlinear analysis of saturated soil, including liquefaction process, is a valuable step in the numerical analysis of earthquake engineering. ? 2009 ejge.
