变刚度复合材料层合板的后屈曲性态研究

Abstract:自动铺丝技术的发展使纤维增强复合材料变角度铺设成为可能,能极大地增加纤维增强复合材料的设计灵活性。纤维增强复合材料变角度铺设层合板,对于提高结构的整体力学性能和结构减重具有重要的意义。本文基于Mindlin复合材料层合板壳的变形理论和变角度铺设的刚度理论,推导了变角度铺设的复合材料层合结构的有限元列式,给出了变刚度复合材料层合板后屈曲分析方法。利用单元角度离散的思想,根据参考纤维路径纤维角度线性变化的定义方法,建立了纤维增强复合材料变角度铺设层合板的有限元计算模型。采用Mindlin假定下的大变形的板壳理论,自行编制了Fortran计算代码,计算了T形、I形、帽形三种加筋形式的变刚度层合板的后屈曲特性,进行了变形分析和承载能力预测。
